What a great company!!! I had a limb on my roof that punctured a hole in it and they came right out and tarped it. Davey met the insurance adjuster and handled everything! What a great young man!! A few months later, the same thing happened again and again they handled everything! Can’t say enough about Davey and the entire crew! I recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

Moved into a new home with one of the worst roofs ever. Lucky for us, Dustin came and saved the day. After peeling off the first roof, we found another more damaged roof. Dustin immediately came over and assessed the damage. He is so responsive and you know that he truly cares about your situation. We had a really old, leaky roof. We obtained numerous quotes from local roofers. USA was moderately priced but offered extraordinary service. They delivered the necessary roofing and material, set up tarps to protect our lawn/shrubs, installed the roof (which included replacing rotted decking, a vent ridge, and drip edge, then ensured no loose nails, etc. before leaving our premise. AND, they did it all in one day. Minor inconveniences. Superior service. We couldn't be more pleased.

Me and my wife had just bought a house in Decatur that needed some vents added to the roof. Lee at USA Roofing Decatur went well above to take care of our roof. A week or so after they installed the vents we noticed a leak, come to find out it was an improperly installed vent that was there from before. Lee and his crew were there the next day and took care of it. I will definitely be using USA Roofing in the future. Thanks for such a great job Lee.

I had a great experience with this company. From sales, accounting, to workers, everyone was professional. Our roofing job was done well, on time, and fairly priced. Special shout-out to Davey for excellent communication.
We also had a situation where we made a request for work done. They explained WHY we didn’t need that done and that it might actually be harmful to our roof. They easily could have taken our money and did unnecessary repairs, but they didn’t. They did what was best for their customers. That type of integrity is rare. I’d give 6 stars if I could…
